What did u guys use to get pregnant the beat.. ive tried pre seed

I did Lydia Pinkham pills all natural they sell them on Amazon. I had tried clomid didn't the life side effects we had been ttc for 4 yrs in April I received the Lydia Pinkham in the mail my period literally came the same day I took the pills and got my bfp at the end of the month first bfp ever I'm currently 7 weeks 6 days

I tried clomid for 3 months and I hated it. I was always crying over something and feeling sick. Not to mention how bad it made my boobs hurt. It did produce some follicles, but they never grew larger than 8 mm, and it thinned my lining so much it wouldn't of mattered if my follices had grown. I'm currently taking vitex, I started 2 days ago and got my period that night! I'm feeling confident about it, but if I'm not pregnant by the time this bottle is out I'm going to try geritol! And if that doesn't work I'm seeing a RE.
