Who pays

So. Im visiting my sister on this lovely holiday weekend. She asks me to watch her kids so she can go to the nail shop. No biggie, I say yes. So. . I just noticed that one of the kids messed up the flat screen. My 8 year old neice says when I was upstairs using the bathroom, the boys were rocking my daughters carseat and it bumped and now a line is across the TV 😑😑 great. The flat screen is sitting on the floor mind you instead of a tv stand. But anyway I feel bad. Should I pay for it? Or should my sister? Or should we split? Its a new tv, i know she is going to be pretty upset. But at the same time Im wondering why a tv is sitting on the floor with a 1 year old and 4 year old in the house?

Anyone have advice? Should we split? Thanks
