Finally I am using my massage from my birthday today!!! :) my birthday was in January :) I waited and waited because my massage therapist is the best, so it's slightly expensive, and I wanted to use it when I knew my hips would need it most-and boy do they ever! I can't wait until this afternoon when I get to go in, relax, and just "sail away"  with a nice massage :) I've waited months! Lol :)
