Has anyone else miscarried?

Has this happened to anyone else? It happened to me yesterday and it's my first one, both miscarry and would've been my first baby and I don't know how to cope. Please help.

It happened to me on March 5th, I'm now pregnant with my rainbow baby. I was completely useless for a week following our loss. I sat in bed and cried and slept, I had no appetite for the longest time and hardly ever left my room. It was terrible. We all grieve differently and all I can say is give yourself a week to be sad and really grieve before trying to get past it. You will never forget and you will always be reminded of your lost baby but it will get easier, I promise.

It's happened to me 1 year ago. I was 3 months along with my baby it was my second with my husband. I was so upset. Its hard to get over or to cope with. I'm sorry love keep your head up. Your baby is watching over you & loves you dearly. They will be back for you 😘

It happened to me January 2015. I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt so lost and I was just depressed and crying all the time. I still think about my little bean and it will continue to be tough no matter what. But in March of 2015 I was blessed with my second little baby and things worked out well and he helped mend my heart back together and he has a little sibling in heaven that will always protect him from above, I just know it 💙
