Exercising Lull 😖
I have been having such a hard time motivating myself to exercise every day and I find myself in this roller coaster of emotion between guilt and lack of energy. Does anyone have recommendations on how to get and stay motivated or what you do for exercises? I feel like I'm not enjoying my pregnancy as much as I should because I'm feeling so bad about the weight I'm gaining. I'm not talking anything crazy here, just light second trimester friendly keep those happy endorphins coming sort of things 🙂
