Iud and acne ?

I had my iud removed on the 19th of this month , and I'm not sure but I've never had acne , NEVER but I'm looking like a peanut patty of here 😭😭😭 could the removal be the reason I'm getting acne ? If so any suggestions on what to do . 
I already have low self esteem . And these bumps are killing me emotionally

Yes. Removing the IUD causes a change in your hormones. That can cause acne. 
It'll probably balance out in a month or two. Make sure you're taking really good care of your skin and using qualify care products. 
If you're really concerned, talk to your doctor about it.
