I would take a sharpie and draw a circle around it and in the morning if it's bigger I would take her to the doctor to get it checked out 👍🏽

In the pic it looks like it has a dark spot in the middle kinda. That seems like it could be a bite maybe? I would probably call doc especially if it's bothering her.
