Cysts

Firstly let me introduce myself 

I'm Dee 26 engaged to Luke also 26

I have a daughter who is 8 in July (previous partner) and I had an abortion in 2011 (forced into it by previous partner) I suffer depression and anxiety (also under psychiatrist for further examination) I have had the implant once before and never had any problems. 

I had my recent implant removed after just over a year of it being in back in Feb, two weeks later I had a two day period then didn't bleed again until April 11th, never have I experienced period pains like it and it was so heavy too lasted 4 days, I went for a scan and have been referred to a gynaecologist which isn't until July 19th both the scanner and my gp have been sketchy about my results.. Scanner just said cyst but then I heard him say 4cm by 3 cm to his assistant, my gp said that I had a ruptured cyst that had hemorrhaged and that I would know more at my appointment. I have been tracking on here and it has said that my fertile window is happening now but all my ovulation tests have come back negative!! 

What am I to expect with this cyst? Why are they being so sketchy?
