Definitely a girl! My daughter is a year old and I'm expecting another girl and both of their ultrasounds were identical. No doubt it's a girl, this far along you'd see boy parts sticking out and it'd almost resemble a turtle to be honest lol

Some baby girls are more swollen than others. My first girl in her ultrasound didn't look puffy there just 3 lines & everything looked tucked in. With my second daughter her privates in the ultrasound sound picture looked swollen & sticked out exactly like yours but never doubted she was a girl. Boys are soooooo obvious, this is my third pregnancy & having a boy ,i had an ultrasound at 15 weeks you could clearly see his penis sticking out & scrotum.
