Terrified ..... :(
Hi all, I am FTM and I was really excited for the whole pregnancy journey ✨
But... As I hit 34 weeks, i started feeling really REALLY SCARED of delivery! I am excited and happy to see my baby but I am really terrified whenever i think about delivering my baby, i had 2 miscarriages before both were with contractions and delivery pains, i don't really remember how the pain was exactly but i just remember how uncomfortable and bad was it.
I know i shouldnt be comparing labor to miscarriaying but i can't stop feeling scared, i am really scared that i will not be able to handle the pain, need an episiotomy and just the whole labor is making me shiver and get nervous :( -planning natural delivery and no epidural-
Anyone is having a similar feeling? Or had the same feeling before but went through a good experience?
Please help and don't make it worse..
