Help! 34 weeks!

I'm exactly 34 weeks today and this is my first pregnancy. I just went to use the restroom and noticed some pinkish thick discharge and possibly a  little blood when I wiped.  After I started feeling a lot of pressure in my lower stomach. I'm not in any pain, I just feel a lot of discomfort. All day today I've been feeling ill and I've been extremely uncomfortable. I've been cramping the past few weeks and having killer back pain. Should I be worried? Is this something I should wait to bring up at my dr appt? My appt is this Thursday
