Ovulation blood test??

I was wondering, if I ovulated on Sunday & Monday (day 21&22) according to clear blue, and got a blood test on Wednesday (day 24) would it show in my blood? According to the results, I didn't ovulate and have very high tstosterone. Are there any other glow sisters in the same boat ??
