Two weeks ago, I went off the Nuva ring after 8 years. I was having yeast infections for about a year on and off and my sex drive was waaaayyy low. It really made me wonder what this little plastic ring with hormones was doing to my body. I've since shed 6 pounds, cleared my yeast infection, have way more stable moods, and have been horny as hell. I have an appt for an IUD, but I'm honestly questioning whether I want to keep pumping hormones into my system. What are your thoughts ladies??
