False period

When I woke up May 28th I went the bathroom when I finished an whiped myself it was a light pink color on the tissue as if I was begging my period an the same thing happened like 2 hours later an by 6pm I went to the bathroom an I was fool blown bleeding I couldn't understand y because I still had 10 days until my period then I woke up on the morning of the 29th an I was no longer bleeding can anybody give any ideas on what could be going on I have never had this issue before
