Smoothie recipes please??

Anyone have any delicious recipes they would like to share been wanting to try something new

I've been having a tough time getting in my greens so this helps!

1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt for protein (Oikos brand-no artificial flavor/added sugar is my fav choice), 1/2 cup frozen mango, banana, or peaches (or all together), 1/2-1 Cup baby spinach or kale (without the stem), 1/2-3/4 C. Aloe or coconut water for hydration and lastly you can add in flaxseed or chia seeds. Add to blender or nutibullet in this order:

Aloe/coconut water
Spinach/Kale
Fruit
Yogurt
Add ins

If it tastes too much like greens add more frozen fruit. Also taste great with berries. Enjoy!

My go to is 8 oz unflavored almond milk, 2 scoops of great lakes collagen hydrolysate protein, 1 frozen banana & a tbs of coconut mct. The protein balances out the sugar in the banana. I like to alternate with 2tbs of cacao powder to make it more chocolatey.

Could throw in a scoop of peanut or almond butter.

Juice from 1/4 watermelon, juice of half a lime, ice, frozen mango. The frozen smoothie so good and watermelon a real super food in pregnancy. It's yummy. :)

You could try a few slices of mango, papaya, regular milk or almond milk, few cubes of ice, sugar your choice and put in blender and mix.

ripe banana, oats, cashews or peanuts, essence, ice cubes, milk, condensed milk or sugar which ever you prefer

I love this one, boil pumpkin til soft with a little water , add to blender after its cool, add some milk, essence, condense milk or sugar serve chil. If u want it right away se ice cubes.

And you can do so with basically any fruit u wish, milk, condensed milk, or sugar is optional. Some people prefer coconut milk, but I rather regular or almond milk.

Frozen mixed berries (the big bag I bought is strawberries, raspberries, and blue berries), spinach, a banana, water, and a dropper full of elderberry extract. I have a bullet type blender that makes it into a travel size cup so I just stuff it full and turn it on and drink.
