"My opinion"
Why do people think that they can be shitty, mean, cruel, insensitive, etc. then follow it, or lead with, "well that's just my opinion"?
It is possible to state your opinion without being a jerk.
And freedom of speech was not designed so that you could be hurtful and mean to people and then hide under "free speech!". Freedom of speech was designed so that you could speak out against the government without fearing persecution.
I guess I just don't understand why people think it's ok to be hateful and cruel to one another.
