Are my birth control pills really that bad?

Hey girls so im on yasmin birth control pills and i've read soo many negative effects on them that is making me really worry and think if i should stop taking them before it gets to a bad poitn. I mean everybody reacts diff. I know but it cant be all bad right? Im only on my first week and i have experiences some minor side effects. Please tell me about your experience if you have taken yasmin pills:)
