Hello!

My partner and I will be free from contraceptives and will be TTC in a few months. My doctor recommended I start taking folic acid.

Recently I've been experiencing really bad cramps. Kind of like a menstrual cramp but I'm not on my period nor am I due for a few weeks.

The only thing that I can think of that's changed in my life is the taking of folic acid... can this cause pain? Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is it cause for concern?
