Where did the call come from?

Could be anywhere. Some telemarketing companies and scammers/hackers can create false area codes and phone numbers to get around being blocked, etc. don't answer it or click any links.

429 is an unassigned area code which means some telemarketer is spoofing it so they can annoy a million people without getting shut down. Just block it.
