Have I had a MC?

Leading to my period I was experiencing lots of pregnancy symptoms! I am on the pill! My breasts grew very quickly, stomach got pretty big, sickness, hormones were through the roof etc. My period came a little late but it was very heavy and I had very bad cramps - reducing me to tears, the stench from the blood was extremely bad. This isn't the norm on Microgynon. I just want to know if I've had a MC? Has anyone experienced anything like this?
