I'm freaking the F out

I'm going crazy ttc is hard, but even harder when you've had two pregnancies and loss then both and working on rainbow...... my period skipped a month and now I have a 53 day cycle and not sure when to take ovulation test. Now keep in mimd before my cycle ran about 36 days It came on may 16th to 20th when should I start to test
