Getting worried

I've been having sharp pains in my middle right side since Friday. Sometimes they go away for a long time and other times it's there pretty much all day. Also the past two days she has been very inactive compared to her normal. I will feel her maybe 5-6 times all day. I'm not sure if I should call the hospital? And if I do should I call tonight or can it wait till morning?
