Meal prepping, beginner. Help please

I've decided to start doing everything I can to loose weight and be happier. I'm at the gym and going to start talking to a personal trainer for extra support, I struggle on my diet! So I'm going to start meal prepping healthy meals, I just need to ideas and help on what meals? Anything that Dosent include tuna/salmon or any nuts as I'm allergic. So meals for dinner and lunch, snacks ect.. I want some ideas so I can do a big shop and start preparing 🙌🏼 thanks guys
