I have been very worried

I had sex with husband I had bleeding red blood then it went to pink to brown blood... so it's been 4 days and I'm still bleeding and having alot of brown discharge it looks like the size of a dime brown clots I got checked and they told me they couldn't tell me if it's there or not I feel very bad I regret having Intercourse has anyone gone threw this
