Probably TMI but..

I'm like over a week late on AF. But I have PCOS so I may have ovulated late or not at all.. had a blood pregnancy test last week that was negative. Just started spotting a little.. but it's not red or brown.. it's orange.. has anyone ever had that before? It's creeping me out.
