I'm a 30G, my bra is like a corset, it feels like a torture device when I'm laying down, especially laying on my side.

Yes! I have read lots of studies that say that it keeps breasts from sagging.

Since I had my baby I notice it stops me from leaking at night 
But before that oh no I would take my bra off every chance I was given

Absolutely not!  You need good circulation for cellular health.  Lymph back up and stagnation is bad news.  Also compression of intercostal nerves is bad too...

At the very least one should spend some time every day with it off, and massage under and around breast tissue for improved circulation.

If you want perky breasts, slim down and workout more.   I have more perk than ever before in my life after working out with personal trainer for the last year :)
