How many times do u pee a day?

I pee about about 8-9 times a day and I feel that's a lot. I drink a moderate amount of water, 2-4 16oz bottles a day. Maybe not enough! Lol.

I go like every hour when im awake then wake up 2-3 times during the night to pee 😂

I probably go between 10-15 times a day. I'm 39 weeks and I'm constantly drinking water. I wake up at least 3-4 times a night to pee.

Clinically speaking, most of our society is between vaguely to horribly dehydrated   so comparing yourself to others is more sign of them not drinking enough water, rather than something being wrong with you...

For best hydration experience, aim for about 4 ounces of water per 15 min.  Our bodies aren't designed to chug large amounts of water and absorb it well all at once.

It depends on the weather and the amount of water I take but I consider myself as someone who pees a lot. I can go up to 12 times a day

It's changed with age, when I was younger I never had to go, now I go 5-12 times depending on how much I drink, which is between 1-4 liters.

I was told by my gyny that anything over 5 is classed as overactive. N to cut down caffeine  and sweetners. I go about 5 or 6 now but was about 9 or 11 before . Also training so that you don't  go everytime u feel the urge, but don't  over hold as thats how u get utis.
