BBT??? Pregnant after 1 misscarrage and 2 years trying ...

This is a pic of my last week or so of bbt. I deffs ovulated on CD13 as I had a positive OPK. But my question is is this the pattern of someone who has conceived? It seems from hoogle that it is. I'm soooo desperate as I'm sure we all are. But especially after my loss I want it even more.
