Has anyone ever gotten pregnant but still had a period after getting pregnant

Oh wow !!! I swear I feel pregnant but I'm on my period I took a test today and it's negative but before this period I was having bad cramps on my left side radiating to my back , bad cramps , and eating a lotttttt, and since yesterday I have some slight acid reflex

Yup. Had a normal period and missed the following month. Found out I was almost 7 weeks at that point!
