BFP- hoping it sticks

So I caved and bought a Clearblue advanced Fertility Monitor last week. Felt a bit odd over weekend so did my last internet cheapie Saturday afternoon. I thought there might be a tiny faint line. Sunday morning tried a pregnancy test in CBFM and it said negative. Although I could see a faint second line. This morning I tried the CBFM again and got a massive + on the screen!

Hoping this one sticks. TTC no 2 for just over a year now with a very early loss in July last year and a MMC followed by ERPC at 10 weeks in April of this year.
