I don't know when I ovulated I know what they said my highest peak was when do i start counting the day of I vulation week or the actual day

The day after your peak would be your first dpo

On Glow, the peak day is actually the day before your predicted ovulation day. So two days after your peak day (according to Glow) is 1dpo. Glow is just a prediction though, so it can be wrong. Using opks and charting your bbt is the only way to know for sure when you ovulated.
