Question about af

So I have PCOS and I'm on metformin 1000 I don't see the doc tinnjune 11th the metformin has mad3 my af alitle more normal haven't had a possitive ovulation test yet though but I did give up and stop testing my af was do may 19th it was late and I started spotting the 24th not even enough to full a panty liner though would you say the metformin has stopped working ? Or is there a chance I concieved late? I didn't have any spotting with my son at all
