Twins?

Really random and probably total bollocks but is it true that a strong early BFP can mean twins?
Neither me or my SO have twins in our family but I miscarried twins in March and I got this positive today and my period isn't due until the 7th. I also had 3 faint positives on Saturday

I tested 9 days before AF, at night and had the boldest positive ever. It was not twins, some women just produce a higher amount of hcg early on.

It is true, when I was pregnant with my twins I tested positive a week before af was due. Your hormone levels are doubled with twins. Good luck!!

I'm in the same boat as you, at only 5-6 days past ovulation I got a faint positive, everyone said I was crazy, than at 10 dpo I got a BFP!!! We are hoping for twins!!

I got my positive i think 7 or 8 days before period and i am having twins 😊

Thabks for your replies ladies! I guess I'll find out in about 9 weeks hopefully! As long as I have a healthy successful pregnancy I'll be happy.

Good luck!! I don't have twins in our family either but this will be our last child and I think it would be great it it was twins one boy one girl. I want four kids but my husband only wanted 2 then changed his mind to 3 when we got pregnant accidental and miscarried. But he draws line there. I might panic a little but I would totally be for twins.

I had a early dark line. My doctor warned of twins but there was one one very healthy baby girl!!  A firey one at that. I don't think the world could have handled two of Isabelle 😂 we are currently experiencing an epic bought of the terrible twos

I think it depends on how many DPO you are when you take the test
