U r in 39th week, if ur blood pressure is normal then  it is common to swelling on feets because of weight and itching may be caused by cholestasis i.e. increase level of bilirubin in blood. And it is temporary after delivery it will  stop. Some time cholestasis is dangerous.
I have  swelling and itching in  both pregnancy. In my first pregnancy I had itching  on feets and both hands between the fingers. and it started from 7th month. Did LFT but nothing  came abnormal. Dr gave me soothing lotion to apply.
Now I'm  36 weeks 5 days and same swelling and itching started since 9th month. Dr said it is normal, nothing to worry.
 Don't  get tension be happy, If you feel then visit ur OB/gyn.

As someone else just mentioned sudden swelling and itching can be dangerous (not to scare you) call ur dr and see what they say :)
