Inguinal hernia/varicose veins 😢

How do I find relief from a inguinal hernia in my pelvic/groin region? Both right and left side. Right side is most recent and most bothersome. It feels kinda like it's burning (razor burn-ish like) yet also being pinched (too tight of seam on spandex underwear like). Both sides have a constant achey shooty type pain. 😒 I have lovely varicose veins through the hernias and my lady parts so that may be some of the pain. Or maybe it's the low back pain. But I already have compression pantyhose and a back support belt. 😖
