Prenatals for TTC..what kind to get?

What is the best brand or type of prenatal vitamins to take while TTC? Are gummies just as good? Anyone think itll help get pregnant faster?

I'm taking Innate Reaponse Baby & Me Trimester 1 & 2 and flax oil for the Omegas. Some of the nutrients needed to grow a healthy baby take some time to accumulate in your body so it's important to take a quality prenatal as soon as you know you want to start trying. Ideally you would take them for 3 months before you get pregnant. Good luck!

Check out labdoor.com. They rate the top 25 prenatals and also show differences in price. I chose one from their list. It was a very helpful site.

Prenatals won't exactly help you conceive, but they are recommended before, during and after pregnancy for healthy you,baby and to prevent birth defects. There is no need to break the bank. You can pick up a 90 day supply from target, cvs, etc for under $10. Just make sure it has folic acid.

I was taking baby and me by mega food Which had great reviews, but they taste so bad and you have to take 3 pills a day. I now switched to vitafol ultra after my friend told me it helped her after her miscarriage.
