Natural Remedies for Headaches?

I've been getting headaches every day and I don't know how to treat them. Drinking water helps some but it never fully takes away the pain. Does anyone have any natural remedies to cure headaches? Help!

Try drink a cold glass of water . Sometimes your body tells you your dehydrating through a headache. And being pregnant is a concern too . Drink water and drink some more . And maybe one Tylenol if it doesn't go away

I usually lay in a dark room,sip on water, Close my eyes and try to relax my body. Sometimes it helps and sometimes I just take a nap and feel better afterwards. Hope you feel better.

Taking Tylenol isn't a 'natural' remedy, but, when I was getting them daily I broke down and would take ONE tablet.

You could try getting a wet wash cloth, put it in the freezer for a few minutes and then lay down with it across your forehead. It helps me some when I have bad headaches.
