Pros and Cons of Vegetarian lifestyle?
I have PCOS and I want to start living according to what's good for me. I'm not supposed to eat processed foods, no dairy, no eggs, no glutton, and little sugar. So with everything I'm not allowed to eat, I feel like that leaves me with few things I am allowed. So I have considered becoming vegetarian. The smell and taste of hamburger and chicken have grossed me out lately anyways. But I want to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients with all the things I'm not allowed in my diet. I'm taking prenatal vitamins currently. Do I need to take more vitamins if I quit eating meats? Are any of you vegetarian but you SO isn't? I cook for my hubby every night, but he's a meat and potatoes guy so he would never give meat up. Any advice? What are some pros and cons in your opinion?
