Anyone awake?

I've been having contractions on and off all day.. They picked up about 2 hours ago and I took 1,000 mg Tylenol pm so that I could sleep and I can't sleep through them.. I'm scheduled to be induced at 7am but idk if I should go in now? They're about 4-6 min apart and hurt so bad.. :( it's a wave of pain that starts in my lower back and goes around to my pelvic area.. Are these real?
