First OB appt scheduled

Once they hit 5000, I will have an ultrasound (6-7 weeks). Today I am 4 weeks 2 days. I am just still in shock. I had my miscarriage 4 weeks ago, I didn't think I would get pregnant right away. I knew it was possible, but I was just convinced it wouldn't happen to me. Praying my levels are good and high! And that they get bigger! I have a lot going on this month so hopefully it will go by fast and I'll get to hear my baby's heartbeat in a few weeks. 

Anyone else expecting after a loss?
