Father's Day present

So Father's Day is coming up and last month my husband and I had a miscarriage after trying for 2 1/2 years. It was a few days before Mothers Day and it was extremely difficult for the both of us. He got me an angel to put in my garden for Mother's Day and I'm trying to figure out what I should get him.. I don't just want to get him some random thing. I want to get him something sentimental just not sure what.. Help please!!
