What do you wear?

At night to you wear a bra or sports bra for support and to wear the breast pads? I hate feeling constricted, but not sure if I should wear anything to bed.

I have pregnancy sleeping bras I got from the maternity store. And I love them. Supper comfy. Not tight at all. And I used them while pregnant and now I use them at night and easy to breastfeed in them

I wear a nighttime nursing bra with the absorbing pads because I leak like crazy!

I wear either shorts and a nursing tank or a nursing nightgown and wear the pads in case I leak.
