Vegans?

I've been a vegan for 10 years. Am about 8 weeks pregnant with my first. 
Am seeing a dietician and taking suppliments recommended by my doctor, plus my own research and experience.  Would love to chat with some other vegans though :)

Im 5 years vegan and now 15w pregnant 😀 im very excited about my vegan pregnancy. I take vitamins for 12B (important!), it also has Calcium, B2,D2 and Zinc. I also take vegan omega 3 caps too. X

How are u feeling? Any food aversions or cravings? In the first few weeks all I could eat was potato and baked beans lol. I was worried about craving meat (just from reading stories) but no, the thought of it really made me feel sick and I even went off meat substitutes and tofu, only just starting to be able to eat it now. Im fruit crazy at the mo! Any my sence of smell has hightend and I even sit just sniffing fruit haha my partner thinks Im crazy 🌹

I don't qualify anymore 😭 but plan on going right back after pregnancy. Love the lifestyle and how good it makes me feel

Do you take b12 supplement eventho we get b12 on our prenatal vitamin? My doctor said i dont need another supplement, but im worry.
