Implanon removal

I got my implanon removed April 22th. My withdrawal bleed started on April 24th and ended on April 29th. Since then I have not bled. I have also notice that I get sick when I go into the heat and sometimes when I lay down. I also have sharp spasms in my stomach\pelvic area after sex. Am I pregnant or does it just take a while to come back ? ..... What should I do I need advice #ASAP
