It's probably just leftover blood from your period just two days ago. You don't bleed when you concieve (meaning when the egg is fertilized).

You may well have as you had sex but as far as I'm aware bleeding after sex itself is not a symptom, implantation bleeding wouldn't happen that soon. Fingers crossed you get the results you want :) xx
