Someone please help

Okay so I am freaking out that I am having a MC because I have read so many things and I just need advice! The reason why I think this is because the past two days I haven't had any nausea, my boobs aren't tender anymore and my cramping has basically stopped! I haven't had any bleeding but has anyone else have this happen to them and everything was fine?? Please no negativity. I'm just very worried and my first ultrasound isn't til the 8th of June I am 9 weeks and 4 days
