Has anyone tried inositol for pcos?
Has anyone taken inositol for pcos? And if so what was your experience? Did it help? I have been currently taking it for about a week and a half and i am now spotting 8 days before my period. My cycle is 35 days like clock work. Just wondering if it is im plantation bleeding or possibly the inositol
