Horny after miscarriage?

What??? What kind of mother am I? I miscarried on May 27 tomorrow will be a full week. I am barely spotting now and I'm finish up.my uterus is all kinds of crazy first I get cramps, Then I get horny, then I'm sick(I think morning sickness) but lately I'm just laying here resting and I go to sleep and have a horny dream. What the heck? I'm trying to grief over my baby of 9week that I lost and my body is so inconsiderate. can anyone relate?
