I've had it a few times last week and this week at work it happened again. I'm a nanny so I'm always running after the kids, going up and down stairs stuff like that and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. It feels like a little lightening bolt to the cervix. Is this Braxton hicks? Has anyone else had these? They aren't horrible but they make me stop and concentrate on something until they pass. I'm waiting to hear back from my midwife but I thought I'd see if anyone else has experienced this too. I thought maybe it's baby's head pounding on my cervix when going up and down the stairs?
