I have a lump near....

I'm 16 years old and I have a lump near my anus for 13 days or so. It feels hard and unmovable,when I checked in the mirror I didn't see anything but then I checked with a brighter light I saw something like a vien its not painful it used to be itchy but not anymore, I can't tell if the lump grew or not. Should I be worried?
